We offer a return for full refund or exchange if the product is defective, for up to 15 days from the ship date. If the unit has operational issues after this period, it falls under the manufacturer’s warranty for repair or exchange. Warranty policies vary by vendor and product type. If the product is not defective, we must be notified within 15 days of the ship date of the desire to return the product, and the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

When packaging the items, please do so in the original packaging with all original parts & accessories, insure the package for the full amount, and ship via carrier of your choice to:
